Technical Assistance for Small Acreage Farms and Rural Properties

Placer County RCD staff can provide technical assistance and information to rural landowners and managers to address site specific resource concerns. We can give you general recommendations on erosion control, pasture management, manure management, irrigation design and wildlife habitat improvement. Services we provide include:

• Soils Information — soil types and water holding capacity
• Irrigation Water Management — planning, design and operation
